Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product compared to what you ordered, we are here to assist you. You can return the item within 7 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that we will deduct shipping and delivery charges from the refund amount. You can expect the refund within 24 hours after the inspection, provided the item is not used or damaged.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges if the product we sent was incorrect based on your order. To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:

- We will inspect the item upon receipt to ensure it is unused and undamaged.
- If eligible, we will send you the requested exchange.
